Q: Do you have any MOQ limit ?
A:We don't have a request on MOQ for our current products, 1pc for sample checking is available. But for ODM and OEM products, we have a request on MOQ.
Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: For sample package, we usually ship by DHL or FedEx.It will take 3-5 days to arrive. For big orders, we usually ship by sea, it will take 7~30 days to arrive, depends on distance.
Q: How about your after-service?
A :We will be responsible for any complaints from our customers (response immediately when wereceived it, within 3 hours) and would like to help our customers to solve any problems what they meet.
