Q: How do you manage the quality control?
A: The company has established a strict four-steps inspection system.
(1) Inspect Pre-production sample by QC.
(2) Each machine operator shall conduct self-inspection on the product to ensure the quality.
(3) Routing inspection, production manager sampling inspection for 3 pieces in each batch.
(4) Re-inspection and pre-delivery inspection.In addition to regular and approved product inspection, we send our products to the national testing agency (SGS or xiamen quality inspection bureau) for inspection every year, or submit them for sampling inspection to ensure the quality of all products meet the national standards.
